Property investing is not a get-rich scheme. It is also not a hobby. It is a Mario power-up that helps you, the player, to win in this game called Life. 

Over the years, I have made many investing mistakes, some of which were very painful. These are gifts, though, wrapped in problems. And each one of them became a vital lesson that I applied in my journey toward financial freedom.
