What do I look for in a Mentee?

My style is not for everyone. I can only work with people who are ready to learn and are prepared to do the necessary work. Some important things to note:

• The learning should be a priority, not a passing hobby or when there is free time;

• I don’t provide the answers, just tools on how to bring out possible solutions. So, expect to do a lot of assignments;

• I only work with people whose goals are bigger than their comfort;

• I also only work with people who are willing to pay it forward.
